Summary: The present dissertation engendered performing in a “Centro de Atenção Psicossocial
Infanto-Juvenil” (CAPSi), in a city marked by asylums, prisons, prohibition, racism,
sexism and classism.,. In this Psychosocial Care Network‘s device, which comes from
the Psychiatric Reform, it was possible the encounter with different stories of children
and teenagers. With inspiration in the anti-asylum, anti-prohibitionist and anti-racist this
work is strengthened by dialogue with authors who related with these struggles. Taking
the courage of the truth as its axis, this research builds itself betting in the parrhesia
as a knowledge production. It is through a parrhesiastc writing that I present a case of
infamous young people. Racism, prohibition, pathologization, medicalization,
criminalization, guardianship, judicialization, gender and class issues, among other
forces mark the youth body, and invite us to rethink public policies and care practices.
The complexity of the field also calls us to mainstream thinking. It is in the fabric of
power games, despite all attempts to docilize these infamous bodies, they challenge
the governments of life, insist on resisting.
